Tasks and duties

• Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies in line with company goals.
• Planning and executing recruitment procedures and practices to attract and secure the best candidates.
• Ensuring job descriptions for open roles are updated, accurate and in line with business needs.
• Overseeing the recruitment process, which may include reviewing applications, conducting interviews and making job offers.
• Working with hiring managers to understand job requirements and competencies necessary for roles within a company.
• Using various channels and methods for sourcing candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events and talent pipelines.
• Tracking and analysing key metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make necessary improvements.
